What I've Been Up to Lately...

Sleeping in on a Saturday morning...so fun!

I pretty much love to have my hands in my mouth as much as possible.

No matter where I am, I like to play with my feet and if I can't reach my feet, I like to hold onto my pant legs and pull them up.
Daddy likes to take my picture in this big chair every so often to see how big I am growing.

I love my bouncy chair cause I can sit up in it and see what's going on. This is where I sit a lot while Mommy's making dinner. I keep an eye on her so she doesn't burn anything. :) Also, as you can see, I'm starting to grab onto things on my own. Here I have my very own keys. Here I come world, watch out!

Daddy, Mommy and I went out to St. Edwards park one Saturday afternoon and had a picnic and walked around a bunch. It was a really nice day. I had a cute dress on, but its hiding in my baby carrier.
Here's me again in my bumbo chair. I don't look very happy, but I really do enjoy sitting in it.

Chipmunk Cheeks!!!

Mommy and Daddy thought it would be a good idea to both get their wisdom teeth taken out the same day! I told them they were crazy and I tried to convince them otherwise, but they insisted. Here they are right after their surgeries.
Mommy especially had a hard time...she ended up getting dry socket which is not so fun! Now everyone is doing fine though, and they wouldn't have been able to do it if I wasn't such a great baby!!!

Grandma Peggy's Visit to Seattle

Ohhh, I'm so excited to see my Grandma Peggy again! I can't wait...she's coming out for the whole week to watch me while Mommy goes back to work. We are going to have so much fun together!

This is me in my Bumbo chair for the first time. We got it from Auntie Val and I wanted to show Grandma Peggy how I'm such a big girl and I can sit up in it all by myself! Thanks so much Auntie Val!
Me and Grandma Peggy having a little nighttime snuggle before I go to sleep. I miss her!
So sleepy! Grandma and I played so hard during the day while Mommy was working that I was all tuckered out. Thanks for visiting me Grandma Peggy, I loved having you here. I wish you could take care of me everyday!!! I love and miss you!

Maddie's First Visit to Illinois

My very first plane ride! Mommy and I flew home on May 8th to surprise my Great Grammy for Mother's Day. I did GREAT on the plane. I was lucky enough to have my very own seat next to Mommy, I even got to sit next to the window.
This is the first time my auntie Leslie got to see me. Boy was she excited to get to squeeze me!
Me and Grandpa John...he loves to hold me and talk to me.

Cousin KC and I. She really liked me too...I can't really blame her!
The first time I got to see my Great Grammy...she was so surprised when me and Mommy, Aunt Sue, Uncle Rojo and KC all walked in together. She just sat there and stared at all of us for awhile. Mommy had to remind her to breathe!

Aunt Sue and I.

Great Grammy and I relaxing. I had a really long first couple of days in IL, between the flight and getting to meet everyone for the first time, I was all pooped out!
Great Grammy and I playing on Mother's Day. I was showing her how strong I am by holding onto her hands and pulling myself up.

Auntie Leslie and I...she liked to hold me a lot, most of the time, everyone was fighting over who got to hold me next. :)
Mommy and I on her very first Mother's Day.

On Mother's Day a whole bunch of family came over to Grammy's too...Therese, Bill and the kids, Bobby and the kids, Casey Kahler, and Aunt Maxine. It sure gets really loud when all of them get together! :)
This is the first time Grandma Peggy got to hold me. She was so happy to meet me for the first time!

Uncle Brian and Aunt Maria and I...they are going to have a little cousin for me to play with soon! Yay!
Uncle Brian is getting his practice! :)

Mommy's friend, Christina and I. We met up with her for breakfast and had yummy swedish pancakes! And she brought Ahna and Malia for me to meet too!
This is Ahna and I, she wanted to hold me and she gave me lots of kisses too. I think we'll be good friends someday!
KC and I tired out after a long day of hanging out with the fam!
